Ethics and Compliance

· Develop process and procedures with a full audit trail that regulates and ensures the full compliance of staff and contractors with internal regulations and governing laws and regulation.

· Formulate and develop training session on ethics and compliance built on companies’ policies and host government laws and regulation as well as international regulations

Social Responsibility

· Provide consul and expertise on devising fit for purpose Social Responsibility Programs that meet host government requirements and more importantly the communities in the areas of operations
